How We Use Your Information

Tongue Analysis

• Your tongue images are sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing.
• We use Gemini 2.5 Pro for feature extraction and Gemini 2.5 Flash for generating personalized insights.
• Images are transmitted securely and are not stored on our servers or by Google after analysis.
• We do not associate your images with personally identifiable information when sending to the AI service.

Personalization

• Your health profile is used to customize analysis results and recommendations.
• This data is stored locally on your device.

Data Storage

Local Storage

• Tongue images are stored only on your device.
• Health profile and scan history are stored locally using iOS secure storage.
• Subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store.

Cloud Processing

• Tongue images are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis during the scan process.
• Google's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Per Google's API terms, data submitted to the Gemini API is not used to train their models.
• We do not retain copies of your images on our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

• AI Analysis: Tongue images sent to Google Gemini for processing (anonymized).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data stored in the app.
• Delete all your data through Settings > Delete All Data.
• Export your data through Settings > Export Data.

Apple App Store
